摘　　要：原子吸收法,也称原子吸收分光光度法,是一种定量分析方法,依据是测元素的基态原子对其特征辐射线的吸收程度。主要论述原子吸收的原理,谱线轮廓及定量分析方法。Ground state atoms of the element measured degree of absorption atomic absorption spectrometry,atomic absorption spectrophotometry,also known,is a quantitative analysis method,based on its characteristic emission lines.This paper discusses the principles of atomic absorption line profiles and quantitative analysis.
