摘　　要：偏远地区油井伴生气不易收集,多采用撬装轻烃回收站的形式收集利用,但原料气压缩机使油井套管长期处于负压状态,加速了原油中的轻烃组份溢出,降低了原油中轻质油的含量。因此,设计一种保持套管压力的伴生气收集装置,具有气液分离和使油井套管压力保持在与大气压相当的功能,装置具有制造成本低、安装维修简单、无需动力源等优点。The associated gas collected and used by skid- mounted hydrocarbon recycle bin is not easy to collect in remote oil well. But the feed gas compressor make the oil- well casing in the state of negative pressure all the time. It is conducive to oil production, but quicken the spill speed of hydrocarbon in crude oil, decrease the content of light oil. Therefore, a collecting device for associated gas should be designed to keep the cashing pressure. This device can keep oil-well casing pressure in the same level of the atmospheric pressure mainly.It has two functions such as gasliquid separation and constant pressure. And this device has many advantages such as low cost,simplicity of installation and maintenance,and no power source.
