摘  要:不饱和羧酸马来酸(MA)、衣康酸(IA),在引发剂和催化剂存在条件下,可以在棉织物上直接发生在位聚合-交联反应,赋予织物免烫效果。试验以次磷酸钾为催化剂代替常用的次磷酸钠,实现在室温下配制整理液。较适宜的MA/IA在位聚合-交联工艺条件:MA与IA的物质的量比为1:1.5、催化剂与MA/IA的物质的量比为1:1、90℃烘干5min、180℃焙烘1-3min。整理后织物的免烫效果及其耐洗性较常用的改性2D类整理剂稍差,与1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)基本相当。该免烫整理体系对有色棉织物的免烫整理具有较好的普适性,白色整理品白度偏低,需进一步改进。Unsaturated carboxylic acids, maleic acid (MA) and itaconic acid (IA) can copolymerize in situ and crosslink with cotton fabrics in the presence of initiator and catalyst, and impart durable press performance to cotton fabrics. In this research, the finishing liquor is prepared at ambient temperature by using potassium hypophosphite as the catalyst instead of commonly used sodium hypophosphite. The suitable process conditions for MA/IA in situ copolymerization and crosslinking treatment are: MA: IA= 1 : 1.5 (molar ratio), (MA/IA) : PHP=1 : 1(molar ratio), drying at 90 ℃ for 5 min and curing at 180 ℃ for 1- 3 min. Compared with the fabric treated with modified DMEDHEU finishing agent, the durable press performance and its washability of the fabric treated with MA/IA are slightly lower than those of fabric with 2D agent, but very similar to those of fabric treated with BTCA. This new durable press finishing system is more suitable for colored cotton fabrics but should be further improved for its lower whiteness when treated white cotton fabrics.
