摘　　要：随着《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)和《水污染防治行动计划》的颁布,纺织染整行业面临着越来越严格的环保要求,有必要对《纺织染整工业废水治理工程技术规范》(HJ 471—2009)进行修订。从染整废水水质变化对处理工艺参数的影响,适用于染整废水的深度处理新技术和回用技术,以及园区内企业的预处理及集中污水处理等方面进行了分析。通过技术规范的修订,与时俱进地推进纺织染整工业废水治理工作,使规范保持指导性作用。With the issue of ＂Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry＂ （GB 4287--2012） and ＂the Action Plan for Prevention and Treatment of Water Pollution＂, the dyeing and finishing of textile industry is facing more and more stringent environmental protection requirements. So it is necessary to revise ＂Waste water treatment project technical specification for dyeing and finishing of textile industry＂ （HJ 471--2009）. In this paper, the effect of the quality change of dyeing and finishing wastewater on the treatment technical parameters, the advanced treatment and reuse technology suitable for dyeing and finishing wastewater, pre-treatment and centralized wastewater treatment in the industrial park are analyzed. By the revision of this specification, it will promote the dyeing and finishing wastewater treatment in advance with times and keep the guiding role of this specification.
