摘  要:探讨了酞菁钴修饰碳糊电极的制备方法,研究了双酚A在酞菁钴修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为,建立了线性扫描伏安法测定双酚A的分析方法。实验表明:在p H为5.02的B-R缓冲体系中,用该修饰电极测定双酚A的线性范围为5.0×10^(-6)~6.0×10^(-5)mol/L(R=0.9956),检出限为1.5×10^(-6)mol/L.该方法可用于实际水样中双酚A的含量测定。加标回收率分别为98%~103%、99%~107%.A novel carbon paste electrode modified with Cobalt phthalocyanine was made. The electrochemical behaviour of Bisphenol A on carbon paste electrode modified with CoPc was investigated. The electroehemlcal determination of Bisphenol A was proposed based on LSV. In 0. 1mol/L B - R (pH = 5.02), the relationship between the oxidation peak current and Bisphenol A concentrations is linear in the range of 5.0× 10^(-6) -6, 0 × 10^(-5)mol/L(R = 0. 9956) and the detection limit is 1.5× 10^(-6)mol/L. This method can be used to determine the concentration of Bisphenol A in the lake. The determination of lake water samples with the recoveries of 98% - 103% and 99% - 107%.
