摘　　要：对马钢A高炉(4000m^3)炉型管理经验进行了总结,分析了2014年初炉况失常过程中炉型管理的问题。A高炉炉型的管理主要是对炉体上部区域、下部区域和炉缸区域进行监控管理,主要经验:一是,强化原燃料质量管理、筛分管理,减少粉末入炉是保证合理操作炉型的基础;二是,日常操作中,炉型管理应作为重要的高炉生产管理制度;三是,炉型管理最终是实现煤气流较稳定,炉况顺行指标好的目标,而达到煤气流分布合理又反过来促进炉型的稳定。The paper summarizes the furnace profile management experience of Masteel＇s blast furnace A （4000m3 ） and analyzes furnace profile management problem occurred as furnace status becoming abnormal in early 2014. The furnace profile management focuses mainly on monitoring and management of upper and lower parts of the furnace body and hearth area. The main experience obtained includes ： （ 1 ） strengthening management of raw material quality and screening operation and ensuring rational operation profile by lessening powder burden; （2） making furnace profile management as an important BF production management system during daily operation; （3） ensuring stable gas flow and smooth running index of furnace burden to keep furnace profile stable.
