摘  要:宝钢4号高炉在开炉前的炉料填充过程中,采取了激光网格方式测量料流轨迹和料面形状,采用机械杆方式测量不同角度下炉料与炉墙碰撞点,得出了高炉各角度的布料规律,制订了开炉的布料角度、挡位和料线。开炉后半年多时间的生产中,在不同的产量和煤比条件下,4号高炉均能保证充沛的中心煤气流和一定强度的边缘煤气流,月均煤气利用率基本保持在51.5%~52.0%,月均煤比也保持在180~200k昏/t之间,表明4号高炉开炉的布料测量结果准确可靠。While charging furnace burden to Baosteel No. 4 BF before blowing in, laser grid measurement is used to measure the burden stream track and burden profile shape while mechanical lever type measurement is used to measure the point at which the furnace burden collides with furnace wall at different distribution angles in order to figure out furnace burden distribution nile at each distribution angle. Based on which, the furnace burden distribution angle, level limit and stock line for blowing in are preset. Over more than half year production after blowing in, sufficient central gas stream and edge gas of appropriate strength get assured in No. 4 BF under different production outputs and coaX ratio, and the average monthly gas utilization remains at 51.5% - 52.0% while the average monthly coal ratio keeps at 180 - 200kg/t, proving that the burden distribution measurement result of No. 4 BF before blowing in is accurate and reliable.
