摘  要:基于设计阶段给定的三种活塞冷态型线进行了多方案动力学计算,确定了冷态型线设计参数,结合三维有限元方法进行活塞组件热负荷分析,得到了活塞热变形并对型线进行修正,完成了热态下活塞动力学性能分析。通过对比分析考虑了活塞冷、热态型线差异的动力学分析结果,筛选出最优设计参数并最终确定了活塞型线。所设计的活塞通过实机1 000h试验考核,拆检结果表明运行情况良好。A multi-scheme dynamics analysis of a piston was performed based on its three contours given at design phase, determining contour design parameters under normal condition. Then a thermal analysis of the combined piston was carried out by 3D finite element method so that the thermal deformations of the piston were obtained and the contours were modified. A dynamic analysis of the piston under thermal condition was also made. Optimal design parameters were worked out by comparison of the results of the dynamic analysis of the piston with the contours under normal and thermal conditions, and the final piston contour was determined. The piston worked well, which was verified by 1 000 hours' test and afterward break-down inspection.
