摘 要:利用板式换热器热工性能测试平台对E100-M深波纹人字形板式换热器进行测试并对试验数据进行分析,发现在热混联板式换热器中,不同混装方式下影响传热系数的关键因素是混合通道所占的比例。对热混联组装方式在全小角至全混角、全混角至全大角的试验数据进行线性拟合,得到相应的传热系数计算公式。通过类比分析得到板式换热器热混联传热系数的通用计算公式,并与试验数据进行比较,发现其计算误差在10%以内。Using the thermal performance test platform the E100-M deep corrugated chevron-type plate heat exchanger (PHE) was tested, and the experimental data from the thermal mixture PHE was analyzed under different mixed mode from which the key factor affecting the heat transfer coefficient was found to be the proportion of mixed flow. The corresponding heat transfer coefficient calculation formula can be given by the linear fitting of the experimental data under different mixed modes from whole small angle to full mixing angle, and then from full mixing angle to full big angle, and finally the universal formula for calculating the heat transfer coefficient of thermal mixture PHE can be obtained by analogy analysis. By comparising with experimental data, it is found that the calculation error is less than 10%, so this method can be used to engineering calculation, save cost, and simplify operation.
