摘 要:为确诊四川某养殖场产蛋鹌鹑死亡的病因,本试验采集病死鹌鹑的肝脏、心血等组织分离纯化细菌,并进行了细菌形态观察、生化特性检查、16S r RNA分子鉴定以及药物敏感性试验。结果显示:从肝脏、心血等组织中分离的细菌为致病性大肠杆菌;分离菌对环丙沙星、阿米卡星、大观霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟的敏感率均在84%以上,对氨苄西林、卡那霉素耐药。To study the death cause of egg quails in a farm, some strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from liver and heart samples of sick quails. These strains were identified as E.coli by morphologic characters, biochemical identification, drug sensitive test and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, and they had strong pathogenic. The sensitive rates to ciprofloxacin, amikacin, spectinomycin, streptomycin, gentamicin and cefotaxime had more than 84%, meanwhile, they were resistant to ampicillin and kanamycin.
