空间视角下国外风险投资的研究进展及启示

摘　　要：风险投资在创新型经济发展和区域经济增长中的作用已经得到了广泛认可。随着风险投资行业的发展壮大和影响力的提升,风险投资成为金融地理学研究的重要内容。国外基于空间视角下的风险投资研究取得了大量研究成果,主要内容包括风险投资的空间分布及区位特征、风险投资对区域发展的影响、风险投资的区域政策研究、投资的空间邻近性及联合投资研究、风险投资全球化等几个方面。虽然近些年中国风险投资行业已经进入快速发展阶段,但是目前国内地理学对风险投资的研究仍然非常欠缺。对国外空间视角下风险投资研究内容的整理和分析,旨在为中国金融地理学的风险投资研究提供指导和借鉴。The role of venture capital in the development of entrepreneurship and innovative economy and in the growth of regional economy has been widely recognized. Along with the development of venture capital industry and the improvement of its influence on economy, research on venture capital from the spatial perspective has achieved significant progress. In this paper, the related literatures are categorized into several parts, including the spatial distribution and location characteristic of venture capital, the regional influence of venture capital, the regional policies of venture capital, the proximity of venture capital investment and syndication, and the globalization of venture capital. The venture capital industry in China started to develop much later than that in west countries. Currently, it has become a dynamic sector and played an increasingly important role in the economy. However, the research in venture capital from spatial perspective in China is far from sufficient. This paper has some implications for the further research on venture capital in China in financial geography.
