摘　　要：运用有限元分析软件对加热炉燃烧器进行了数值模拟分析,并建立起了加热炉的温度场模型,找出了火筒内温度场的分布规律,计算出了火筒、烟管、烟囱的温度分布情况,重点找出了水套加热炉结构中的薄弱环节,为现场改进水套加热炉的结构提供了参考。The finite element method was adopted to simulate combustion segment of heating furnace, and the model of temperature field was established. The distribution law of temperature field was found, and the temperature distribution of combustor, fume pipe and exhaust stack was calculated. At last, the weak part was found.
