摘 要:采用有限元数值模拟分析法对固定管板式换热器应力数值计算,考虑温度对材料参数的影响以及压力载荷的作用,探讨预应力换热器的应力特性。在正常操作工况下,讨论管程压力载荷、壳程压力载荷对管板应力的影响,并依据大量的模拟仿真数据总结得到压力载荷对管板的应力变化规律。对比美国ASME规范Ⅷ-2中的管板应力计算公式发现,压力载荷对管板应力的影响结果与管板应力计算公式中压力载荷的影响一致。The finite element simulation analysis method was used to numerically calculate the stress of fixed tube heat exchanger. Considering the effect of temperature on the elastic modulus and the pressure load, the stress properties of pre-stressed heat exchanger were researched. Under normal operating conditions, influence of the pressures of tube and shell on the stress of the tube sheet was discussed. Based on a large amount of simulation data, the stress distribution rule for the pressure load on the tube sheet was summarized. Compared with the computational formula of ASME VIII–2, it's pointed out that the influence of pressure load on the stress of the tube sheet is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
