摘 要:采用了忽略相变的热循环曲线法,在有效降低计算量的情况下,对Y25型转向架侧梁焊接过程进行了热弹塑性有限元仿真计算,得到了不同焊接顺序对Y25型转向架侧梁焊接变形的影响规律。结果表明:6种不同焊接顺序下的焊接变形情况基本一致,但变形的大小不同,不同焊接顺序下的焊接变形的变化百分比达到了17.1%,通过选用合适的焊接顺序可以有效控制焊接变形量。In this paper, it was used that the thermal cycle curve method without considering phase change, in case of effectively reducing the calculation, and successfully made a simulation thermal elastic-plastic finite element of the side beam of Y25 type bogie and obtained the effect law of the welding deformation under different welding sequence. The result showed that the welding deformation trend was almost the same under the different welding sequence, but the degree of welding deformation was different. The percentage of the average angular deformation reached to 17.1% under different welding sequence. The welding deformation could descend effectively by selecting suitable welding sequence.
