摘 要:为了提高大功率真空管设备灯丝电源的技术性能和功率密度,设计了一种软开关零电流谐振式BUCK变换器为核心的灯丝电源。介绍了其基本工作原理,结合电路各个时段时序关系、电路拓扑、重要参数的设计公式,给出了电源的详细设计方法,并阐述了电路的实现条件和工作特点。以工作中的具体电路为实例进行详细分析,得出了电路在工作效率、可靠性实施、模块化设计等方面的可行性论证,验证了其高效率、小型化的技术创新特点。For the sake of improving the characteristics and power density of the filament power supply, which are used in the high power vacuum tube devices, the principle of the filament power supply based on soft-switch resonant BUCK converter is introduced in this paper. With temporal principle, circuit topology and formula for calculating key parameters, the particular design of the power supply are presented, the implementation conditions and working characteristics are also given. The efficiency, reliability, modular design of the circuits are demonstrated by the specific examples, the high efficiency, as well as the miniaturization of this power supply can be verified.
