摘  要:目前我国排水管道采用原位固化内衬(CIPP)进行非开挖修复的设计理论并不完善,主要参考《城镇排水管道非开挖修复更新工程技术规程》CJJ/T210-2014,存在的主要问题是没有考虑CIPP内衬出现的各种几何缺陷,包括褶皱、环状间隙等对圆周支撑系数K值的影响。通过总结已有的研究成果认为:内衬的尺寸比DR、褶皱和环状间隙等参数对K值有重要影响,建议在CIPP修复设计中,引入褶皱和环状间隙等几何缺陷的强度折减系数;在进行CIPP内衬修复设计时,应该通过施工前CCTV检查结果,结合施工经验预测几何缺陷尺寸,综合确定相应的圆周支撑系数K值。The design theory of cured-in-place Pipe(CIPP)is not perfect at present,which is principally introduced in by referring to the National Technical Specification for Trenchless Rehabilitation and Renewal of Urban Sewer Pipeline CJJ/210-2014.This code does not consider the influences of geometric imperfections,including folds,and annular gaps on the circumferential support coefficient K.By reviewing and summarizing the existing research results,we believe that the dimension ratio DR,folds and annular gaps of CIPP liners are all important factors for values of K.Hence,we suggest that the strength reduction factors of those geometric imperfections should be included in the design theory.Also the circumferential support coefficient K must be evaluated and determined based on the closed circle television investigation result and the prediction of geometric imperfections by construction experiences in designing the wall thickness of CIPP liners.
