摘 要:顶管技术作为一种经济快速的管道铺设技术已广泛应用于地下水道、石油天然气管道、电力和通讯电缆的施工中。在大直径长距离顶管施工过程中,顶进力过大是困扰顶管施工多年的技术难题。顶进力过大对顶管施工机械及相应的设施提出了更高的要求,顶进力已成为限制顶管技术发展的因素。针对这一问题,结合港珠澳大桥拱北隧道曲线顶管管幕实际工程,对顶管润滑减阻泥浆展开了研究。对泥浆中各组分对泥浆性能影响的试验研究表明,随着膨润土质量、PAC质量的增加,泥浆黏度呈现增长的趋势。通过正交试验确定了最优泥浆方案。将泥浆方案应用到实际工程中使单位摩阻力大幅降低,解决了顶进中顶推力过大的问题。As an economic fast pipe laying technology,jacking technology has been widely used in sewer,oil and gas pipeline projects.In the construction process of large diameter and long distance pipe jacking,the larger surface deformation and the large jacking force are the main technical difficulties in pipe jacking constructions.Hence,better equipment is needed to provide adequate jacking force,which has become a limiting factor in the development in pipe jacking technology.Based on the practical engineering of Gongbei Tunnel,Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge using curved jacking pipe roof,we study the lubricating mud for the jacking pipe.The effects of components on properties of the mud have been tested.The results demonstrate that the viscosity increases with the content of bentonite and polyanionic cellulose(PAC).The optimal mud scheme is determined by orthogonal test,and solved the problem of large jacking force.
