摘  要:顶管接收是顶管施工中的重大风险点之一,传统的顶管接收技术不足以满足高水压复杂情况下的顶管接收。以港珠澳大桥珠海连接线拱北隧道顶管管幕工程为依托,通过室内模拟实验对施工现场使用的钢套管接收装置进行了优化。在顶管接收过程中,对高水压软弱地层条件下的接收装置和接收工艺做了进一步改进。最终针对不同的地层条件、地下水压力和地上建筑安全等级,形成了顶管接收方法选用表。Pipe jacking receiving is one of the significant risk points in pipe jacking construction.But the traditional receiving technology cannot satisfy all the situations.This paper,discusses the application of the steel casing receiving technology in Gongbei Tunnel at Zhuhai link of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project.By means of simulating lab test,the steel casing receiving device is optimized to be used in site construction.In the process of pipe jacking receiving,the receiving device and technology used in highhydraulic pressure and complex geology were improved again.The improved device satisfied the request of the site construction.Finally,the pipe jacking receiving method was selected according to different formations,groundwater pressure and building safety degree,which is useful for the similar pipe jacking project.
