摘  要:水平定向钻穿越是油气管道穿越最重要的非开挖方式,而管道回拖力的计算是选择穿越设备、校核穿越设备能力的重要基础。目前国内工程设计中采用国家标准《油气输送管道穿越工程设计规范》和行业标准《油气输送管道工程水平定向钻穿越设计规范》中推荐的公式进行计算,在国际上一般采用PRCI报告中推荐的计算方法。通过理论计算和实际工程回拖力对比,推荐采用国标公式进行最大回拖力的计算,同时对国标中摩擦系数和黏滞力系数进行验证,给出了较为确定的数值。经过实际工程的验算,与回拖结果基本相符,可以作为后续的回拖力计算使用。Horizontal directional drilling is the most important trenchless method for oil and gas pipeline crossing.The calculation of the pulling back force of pipelines is a basis for selecting and checking the ability of the equipment.At present,Chinese engineers make their designs with recommended formula by Chinese national standard(Code for design of oil and gas transportation pipeline crossing engineering) and industry standards(Design code for oil and gas transmission pipeline installation by horizontal directional drilling),while PRCI report recommended calculation method is adopted internationally.According to theoretical caculatios and practical engineering pullback force contrasts,the international calculation formula are recommended for the maximum pulling-back force calculation.More definite numerical value is given based on the validation of the friction and viscous force coefficients in the international formula.The pullback results are basically consistent with the calculation of the practical engineering and so the formula can be used for the subsequent pulling-back force calculations.
