摘  要:油气长输管道常采用水平定向钻(HDD)方式穿越河流,我国四川盆地内一些河流地层以冰水沉积为主,其中含有大量的卵砾石,穿越施工风险较高,结合兰成渝输油管道某河流穿越改造工程,对冰水沉积地层特点以及相应的穿越风险因素进行了分析,选择了合理的钻具组合,并针对钻具组合进行了钻具受力分析,确定钻杆最大应力为171.5 MPa,选择的钻杆能够满足施工要求。考虑到冰水沉积地层特点,采用套管隔离表层卵砾石、大直径钻头和带有角度泥浆马达、高黏度泥浆护壁、改性环氧玻璃钢外防腐层防护等措施,现场实施结果显示,定向钻钻孔稳定性良好,管道回拖施工过程中回拖力平稳,为水平定向钻穿越卵砾石层提供了新的思路。Oil gas pipelines often use horizontal directional drilling(HDD)method across rivers.Some rivers within Sichuan Basin dominated by glaciofluvial deposit strata and gravels have high crossing risks.This paper analyzes glaciofluvial deposit strata characteristics and corresponding crossing risks based on the practical Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing oil pipeline re-construction experiences.In the construction,the right bottom hole assembly(BHA)was chosen and the maximum stress of drilling pipe was determined to be 171.5MPa according to the stress analysis,which satisfied the construction requirements.Based on the characteristics of glaciofluvial deposit strata,measurements were applied in the construction,such as casing for isolating gravel at the surface,large diameter drill bit and mud motor with angle,high viscosity slurry,with modified epoxy fiberglass outer anti-corrosion coating.On-site implementation results show that HDD drill hole has good stability and stable pullback force during pullback process This study provides a new way of thinking for HDD crossing gravel strata.
