摘　　要：新型城镇化视野下的郑州都市区规划体系构建,除须考虑"城市"利益之外,更应兼顾广大农村空间、生态空间的利益。只有使规划体系覆盖全域,构建贯穿"编制一审批一实施保障"全过程的平衡多元利益主体的规划平台,才能更好地实现生态文明建设,引领城乡一体和谐发展。Construction the planning system based on vision of new urbanization, in addition to considering the city＇s interests, needs more consideration of rural space, ecological space interests. Only to make the planning system covering the whole field, through ＂Plan - Approval - Implementation of feedback＂ process balance of multiple interests, realize the ecological civilization to be better construction, leading the integration of urban and rural harmonious development.
