摘 要:近年来大城市住房矛盾突出,成为引发社会关注的热点问题。北京市第六次人口普查数据显示北京城市居民家庭呈现出典型的大城市居住特征,即人均居住面积偏低、租赁住房比例高、住房设施条件完善、中心城区居住密度高,与此同时也存在大城市常见的内部结构性问题,包括住房占有不均衡、住房拥挤与空间低效利用并存、中小户型供给不足、租赁住房条件偏差、中心城区房屋老日等,亟待政府采取相应的调控引导措施加以改善。In recent years, the housing problem in big cities has become a hot issue that causes widespread concern. The sixth national population census data shows that urban households in Beijing showed typical living characteristics in big cities, namely lower construction area per capita, higher proportion of rental housing, better housing facilities and higher density in central city. At the same time, some structural problems in Beijing which often arise in big cities are also summarized, including unevenly distributed living space, inefficient use of space, inadequate supply of small apartments, poor conditions of rental housing, poor status of old houses in central city and so on. It is urgent for the government to take appropriate control measures to improve the situation.
