摘  要:比较连续斜坡式递增负荷模式(Ramp)和连续分级递增负荷模式(graded exercise text,GXT)在最大摄氧量直接测试中的生理变量变化特征。方法:对20名体力活动良好的男性受试者分别进行3次不同负荷模式的极量力竭测试,3种负荷模式分别为GXT、Ramp和105%最大负荷持续运动(constant exercise test,105%CT)。结果:Ramp与GXT测试结果相比,两测试中最大摄氧量(VO2max、VO2max/kg)高度相关(r=0.726~0.882,P〈0.01)且无显著性差异(P〈0.01);而最高功率(Wmax)、血乳酸(La)均表现为Ramp测试值低于GXT测试值;两测试时长(T)高度相关且Ramp测试值较短;Ramp测试中VO2max、VO2max/kg、最高心率(HRmax)、呼吸商(RER)和105%CT测试中值无显著性差别。GXT、Ramp两测试中,根据平台定义不同所达到平台的百分比不同。结论:在同样的平均递增负荷幅度下,两负荷方案对不同峰值参数存在不同影响;Ramp可作为直接测试最大摄氧量替代方案,并且所达到的峰值功率及时间较低、较短;依照最大摄氧量不同平台判定标准,平台出现概率受测试方案及判定标准影响较大,ACSM推荐的平台标准不适用于Ramp测试。the physiological characters were compared in the two incremental exercise test models of Ramp and GXT;Method:20activity male subject were Recruited and done three exhausted exercise text including GXT,Ramp and 105%CT.Result:There is high correction(r=0.726~0.882,P〈0.01)between the GXT and Ramp inVO2max 、VO2max/kg and no significantly difference between them(P〈0.01).But the values of the Wmax and La were lower in the Ramp than in the GXT.The period time was high correctional between the tests and the period was longer than in the GXT.There was no significant difference inVO2max、HRmax、VEmax between the GXT and 105%CT.Different percentages ofVO2plateau was existed basing on different criteria in GXT and Ramp.Conclusion:There was the same step stressing effect in the Ramp and GXT and no significant difference of maximal oxygen uptake.There were different percentages based on different criteria aboutVO2 plateau.VO2max plateau was affected by the criteria and the exercise model.
