摘　　要：通过对制件结构特点和工序过程的工艺分析,确定该制件所需工序的合理编排顺序及级进模排样方案的选择、确定和模具主要工作零件及模具总装结构设计。This paper analyzed the structure characteristics and working process of the part,todetermine the reasonable order arrangement for the process of the parts and the selection anddetermination of process for the die layout,and the design of main working parts and assemblystructure of the die.
