摘　　要：简单介绍了电熔管件的用途,重点介绍了厚壁大口径电熔管件的注射模结构设计特点,即采用轨道式模具辅助成型后,将型芯运出模具及注塑机外再进行冷却定型的生产方式,提高了工效,同时保证了塑件尺寸的稳定性及质量。Briefly introduce the electrofusion coupler, focusing on the mold structure designfeatures of large diameter thick-walled coupler, which uses the slide track to assist moldinjection, and then cooling the coupler and cores after moving them out of the injection moldingmachine; finally, improving work efficiency, ensuring the product size production stability andproduct quality.
