摘　　要：通过1副注射模在本单位成型量产时动模滑块与定模滑块容易撞坏现象,发现当模具开闭模先后顺序控制失控时,动模滑块与定模滑块就会发生干涉碰撞。由于开模控制零件损耗快,容易失控,导致量产成型时模具经常出现故障,设计人员通过不断查找和分析原因,最后通过变更分型面使模具结构合理化,从而避免了动模滑块与定模滑块发生干涉的现象,最终提高了模具成型量产的稳定性、提高了经济效益、满足了客户的订单要求。The article is through a set of injection mold molding production in our companywhen moving mold slide block with the mold slide easily damaged phenomenon, found that whenthe mold open and close mold order control out of control, moving mold slide block with the moldslider interference collision occurs. Due to drive model control parts loss fast, easy out of controland lead to mass production molding mold often fail, when I am through constant search andanalysis the reason, finally through changes to make the mold parting surface structurerationalization, so as to avoid the open closed mold order which is out of control leads to movemold slider with the mold slider interference in collisions occur, eventually improve the stabilityof molding production,improve the economic efficiency,meet the requirement of customer＇s order.
