摘  要:为刺激居民消费需求,政府、企业及其他经济主体经常采用发放消费券、给予消费补贴和打折销售、赠券促销、积分送礼等促销方式。同时,近几年逐渐红火的卡式消费和网络消费在促进居民消费方面也作用强大。本文从经济学视角对这些常用促销手段进行分析与比较,并提出适当普及刷卡消费、规范推进网络消费、分类发放消费券、灵活运用消费补贴等手段以进一步扩大居民有效消费需求的建议。To stimulate residents' consumption demand, the government, enterprises and other economic entities often promote sales by issuing coupons, presenting consumption subsidies, giving discount, accumulating credit point and giving gifts. At the same time, card consumption and network consumption are gradually flourishing in recent years, which play an important role in promoting consumption. This paper focuses on the analysis and comparison of these common sales promoting methods from the perspective of economics. It also puts forward some suggestions on stimulating effective residents' consumption demand by means of popularizing consumption credit cards, standardizing the promoting of network consumption and flexibly using consumption subsidies.
