摘  要:针对螺杆钻具轴承组容易出现磨损、断裂和卡死等现象,进行轴承组优化设计。分析推力轴承受力状况和轴向力计算,在轴向轴承的表面焊接PDC复合片,以取代滚珠,提高耐磨性;在轴承之间均匀布置碟形弹簧,以缓冲轴承受到的冲击力。采取这两个技术方案,可以进一步延长螺杆钻具的使用寿命。Wear,fracture and seizure could easily happen in bearing pack. Based on analysis of forces on thrust bearing and calculation of thrust load,an optimum design was developed to solve the problem. In order to improve the wear resistance,the design replaced the ball bearing with PDC complex which was equispaced on axial bearing. The disc spring was disposed between bearing pack to act as a buffer. With these two methods,the bearing life of PDM drill could be increased.
