摘 要:为了探讨不同钝化材料对镉污染土壤修复效果及其差异性,利用田间小区试验研究了5种钝化材料(赤泥、海泡石、过磷酸钙、钙镁磷肥和生物质炭)对夏玉米生长及其吸收镉的影响。结果表明,5种钝化剂及其施用量均对玉米各部位干物质量及其含镉量以及根际土壤有效态镉量均产生极显著影响(P〈0.001)。高量施用钝化剂对玉米各部位干物质增加比例最大,其中又以钙镁磷肥增加比例最大,根、茎叶、籽粒干物质量分别增加9.6%、7.0%、1.1%。5种钝化剂低量和高量处理均显著降低了玉米根、茎叶、籽粒含镉量以及根际土壤有效态镉量,其降低范围分别为10.8%~26.3%、9.0%~34.8%、15.7%~37.1%、5.1%~20.5%,其中高量赤泥处理降低玉米对镉的吸收效果最显著。In order to investigate the effects of different amendments on the remediation of Cd contaminated soil,field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of five amendments(red mud,sepiolite,calcium superphosphate,calcium magnesium phosphate and biochar)on Cd uptake by maize and the Cd availability in soil.The results showed that the summer maize dry weight,the root,shoot and grain Cd concentration and rhizosphere soil available Cd concentration were significantly affected by different amendments and application amounts(P〈0.001).The summer maize dry weight increased with the increase of application amounts of amendments.Compared with the control,calcium magnesium phosphate had more positive effect on the dry weight of root,shoot and grain,increasing by 9.6%,7.0%,1.1%,respectively.The application of amendments reduced root,shoot and grain Cd concentration and rhizosphere soil available Cd concentration by 10.8%~26.3%,9.0%~34.8%,15.7%~37.1%,5.1%~20.5%,respectively.Compared to other amendments,high application amounts of red mud had the most significant impact on the Cd uptake by maize and the Cd availability in soil.
