摘　　要：通过对黄山茶叶传统制作技艺保护与传承情况的实地调查,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,并参考有关专家的意见,构建保护与传承影响因素评价因子体系,运用灰色关联分析方法对影响黄山茶叶传统制作技艺保护与传承的因素进行了分析。Based on the spot survey on the protection and inheritance of traditional producing techniques of Huangshan tea and on the previous research achievements,through the reference of the related experts,this paper constructs the index system influencing evaluation on the protection and inheritance and uses grey correlation analysis method to analyze the factors to influence the protection and inheritance of the traditional producing techniques of Huangshan tea.
