复合乳酸菌胶囊联合四联方案根除幽门螺旋杆菌160例观察

摘　　要：目的研究复合乳酸菌胶囊+雷贝拉唑、甘草酸铋散、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮四联方案治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的临床效果。方法 160例Hp感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80人,观察组给予复合乳酸菌胶囊+雷贝拉唑、甘草酸铋散、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮四联方案治疗,对照组给予标准奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素三联方案治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为92.31%,对照组的治疗有效率为78.67%,观察组的Hp根除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床给予复合乳酸菌胶囊+雷贝拉唑、甘草酸铋散、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮四联方案治疗Hp感染能明显提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lactobacillus complex capsules plus the quadruple therapy with rebeprazole＋bismuth glycyrrhetate powder＋amoxicillin＋furazolidone on Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection. Methods 160 cases with Hp infection were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group, 80 in each; lactobacillus complex capsules plus the quadruple therapy with rebeprazole ＋ bismuth glycyrrhetate powder ＋ amoxicillin ＋ furazolidone were given to cases in observation group while the triple therapy with omeprazole＋amoxicillin＋clarithromycin was made to cases in control group; the effects in the 2 groups were compared. Results The effective rate in observation group was 92.31% while that in control group was 78.67%; the Hp eradiation rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Lactobacillus complex capsules plus the quadruple therapy with rebeprazole＋bismuth glycyrrhetate powder＋amoxicillin＋furazolidone can obviously increase the curative effect in eradicating Hp infection.
