变速磨削的磨削颤振抑振措施

摘　　要：磨削加工过程中产生振动将降低工件加工质量,它不仅影响磨削加工进行正常,还使加工工件表面质量严重降低,砂轮和机床的使用寿命也会减少,通过分析磨削中振动产生原因,提出磨削中可采用变速磨削及工艺条件适配法等措施减少磨削中振动。In the process of grinding, vibration will be reduced. It will not only affect the grinding process, but also reduce the service life of the machined surface and reduce the vibration.
