美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗成人手部电弧Ⅱ度烧伤效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）在成人手部电弧Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗、护理及转归中的重要性。方法选取2014年9月至2015年8月解放军第148中心医院收治的双手电弧Ⅱ度烧伤患者21例,将患者的双手分为治疗组（右手）和对照组（左手）,治疗组采用MEBO治疗,对照组采用传统磺胺嘧啶银（SD-Ag）治疗,根据成人手部电弧Ⅱ度烧伤的生理和病理特点进行治疗、护理及观察。结果 21例患者全部治愈,42例手部创面均在伤后8~14d痊愈,无1例发生感染和创面加深,感觉和功能恢复良好。治疗组有效率为61.90%,实验组有效率为28.57%,治疗组比对照组愈合时间短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 MEBO治疗成人手部电弧Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效较为显著,创面愈合时间缩短,疼痛明显减轻,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the importance of the MEBO in the treatment of adult hand electric arc Ⅱ degree burn. Methods Twenty-one patients with hand electric arc Ⅱ degree burn were hospitalized in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015. Patients＂ hands were divided into treatment group（all right hands） and control group（all left hands）. The treatment group was treated with MEBO. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of adult hand electric arc Ⅱ degree burn, the treatment, nursing and observation were carried out. Results Twenty-one cases were cured, forty-two cases of hand wounds were healed in 8-14 days after injury, no case occurred in- fection and wound healing, and the feeling and function recovered well. The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 61.90% and 28.57%, the healing time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating adult hand electric arc Ⅱ degree burn is remarkable, it can shorten the time of wound healing, and has the characteristics of reducing the pain. It is worth clinical application and promotion.
