经皮椎体成形术联合骨疏宁片治疗胸腰椎椎体骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎体成形术（PVP术）联合骨疏宁片治疗胸腰椎椎体骨折的疗效及对术后继发性骨折发生的影响。方法分析2013-01～2015-08在该院接受治疗的95例胸腰椎椎体骨折患者的临床资料。入组患者予充分完善术前准备后实施PVP手术治疗,术后根据治疗方案的不同分为服药组48例和未服药组47例。比较两组患者的一般资料、术前及术后各时间点的VAS疼痛评分、术后骨折再发生率、后凸畸形再现率。结果 PVP治疗后两组患者的VAS疼痛评分均显著下降,且术后长期维持在较低的水平。两组患者的术前、术后各时间点的VAS疼痛评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。服药组患者的骨折再发生率、后凸畸形再现率均显著低于未服药组（P〈0.05）。结论骨疏宁片能够降低胸腰椎椎体骨折患者在PVP术后再发骨折及后凸畸形再现率。Objective To analyze the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） combined with Gushun- ing tablets in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture and the influence on the incidence of secondary fracture after surgery. Methods The clinical data of the patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures were collected in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015. All patients in the study received PVP operation and then they were di- vided into two groups according to the different postoperative treatments, the medication group （ n = 48 ） was treated with Gushuning tablets and the non-medication group （ n = 47） was not treated with Gushuning tablets. The general conditions, the VAS score before and after the surgery, the recurrence rate of fracture and deformity were compared between the two groups. Results VAS scores were decreased in both of the two groups after the treatment of PVP. There were no significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups before and after the operation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The postoperative recurrence rate of fracture and the rate of deformity in the medication group were significantly lower than those in the non-medication group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Gushuning tablets can reduce the postoperative re- currence rates of fracture and deformity for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures after PVP operation.
