新疆人口城镇化与经济城镇化的时空变化分析

摘　　要：从时间序列和空间分布两方面分析2000-2013年的新疆人口、经济发展数据,应用变异系数赋权法构建新疆城镇化水平测度体系,最后基于时间变化计算新疆人口城镇化和经济城镇化的耦合协调度、人口城镇化滞后程度,利用空间分布图直观表征新疆城镇化发展的水平和速度.结果表明,新疆的人口城镇化和经济城镇化发展不协调,且在时间和空间上存在较大差异性,整体呈现"北高南低"、"东高西低"的地理分布特征.而新疆南部由于其独特的区位,与北部和东部地区相比在人口城镇化与经济城镇化上的落后性值得深思.该研究或对欠发达地区的城镇化发展提供一定的科学参考.Two aspects of time series and spatial distribution of population and economic development data in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2013have been analyzed,with the variation coefficient weighting method to build Xinjiang urbanization level measurement system,and based on the time change to calculate the coupling coordination degree of population urbanization and economic urbanization,the lag degree of population urbanization in Xinjiang,and then with the spatial distribution figure to characterize the level and the speed of urbanization development in Xinjiang directly.Results show that the development between population urbanization and economic urbanization in Xinjiang is not coordinated,and that there is a big difference in terms of time and space,appeared the geographical distribution of＂higher in north lower in south＂and＂high in east and low in west＂on the whole.And,because of its unique geographical location,the southern part of Xinjiang is worth pondering over the backwardness of the population urbanization and economic urbanization compared with the northern and eastern regions.This research may provide scientific reference to the urbanization development on less-developed regions.
