摘  要:为研究重庆紫色土区硒环境,在17个区县共采集140个剖面共420个岩石和土壤样品,用硫酸-硝酸湿灰化-原子荧光光度法测定母岩和土壤中总硒含量,结果认为:重庆地区紫色地层岩石中硒含量在0.036-0.053mg/kg,在地质上属极缺硒区;由于富集作用,紫色土壤全硒含量可达0.077-0.566mg/kg,达全国土壤硒平均含量低-中等水平;随紫色土壤风化度加深,硒含量提高,土壤pH值与硒含量呈极显著负相关(R=-0.503 1**,n=139);重庆地区极度缺硒的情况主要发生在地形起伏大、土壤粗骨性强、风化度低、土壤侵蚀严重的紫色砂、泥岩出露面积较大的山区.To study selenium environment of purple soil area of Chongqing,in 17 counties,altogether 140 typical 420rock and soil samples have been collected,with wet ashing with nitric acid sulfate-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry determination of total selenium content in rock and soil.The result shows that selenium content in Chongqing area purple rock strata in 0.036-0.053mg/kg,on geological region is extremely selenium deficiency.Because of the enrichment of purple soil selenium content can reach 0.077-0.566mg/kg,up to the national average soil selenium content in low to medium level.With the purple soil weathering degree deepening,selenium content increased,soil pH value were very significant negative correlation with selenium(R=0.503 1**,n=139).Chongqing region extremely selenium deficiency occurs mainly in the condition of the big relief,strong thick bony soil,weathering degree is low,serious soil erosion in the purple sand and mudstone outcropped area larger mountains.
