摘　　要：通过综合"菲涅尔双棱镜测量钠黄光波长"、"分光计"、"等厚干涉"等实验中的几何光学和干涉光学的方法实现了对菲涅尔双棱镜折射率n,楔角α的测量,并提出了一种非接触测量厚度的方法,即用统计方法间接测量了双棱镜的厚度h.另外此种方法指出了"菲涅尔双棱镜测量钠黄光波长"实验虚光源与狭缝位置的不同,对实验系统误差的修正有一定参考意义.In this article,the refractive index nof Fresnel biprism and its wedge angleαhave been measured by measuring methods in geometrical optics and interference optics,such as the methods in measuring natrium yellow light wave length with Fresnel biprism,spectrometer method,and equal thickness interference method.With the statistical method,it also indirectly measures the thickness of the biprismh.It is an important non-contact method to measure thickness.It turns out that this method can be used to correct the systematical errors in the experiment measuring natrium yellow light wave length with Fresnel biprism.
