摘　　要：[目的]探讨团体认知行为干预对2型糖尿病病人积极度及自我管理行为的影响。[方法]采用糖尿病病人积极度量表(PAM)和糖尿病自我管理行为量表(DSCS)对80例2型糖尿病病人进行问卷调查,并监测血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。[结果]通过团体认知行为干预,2型糖尿病病人的积极度得分、自我管理能力得分提高,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平下降。[结论]团体认知行为干预通过提高2型糖尿病病人对治疗的积极度,提高病人自我管理能力,从而有利于控制血糖。Objective：To investigate the influence of group cognitive behavioral intervention on the activation and self-management behaviors in patients with type 2diabetes.Methods：Eighty patients with type 2diabetes were questionnaired by Patient Activation Measure（PAM）and Diabetes Self-Care Scale（DSCS）.The levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed.Results：After intervention,the scores of PAM and DSCS in patients with type 2diabetic increased while the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2hglucose and glycated hemoglobin decreased.Conclusion：Group cognitive behavioral intervention can increase the degree of activation and improve the self-management skills in patients with type 2diabetes,which will help to control blood sugar.
