摘  要:[目的]探讨健康教育对食管癌病人焦虑及术后并发症的影响。[方法]将96例择期食管癌根治手术病人随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采取食管癌常规护理,观察组在进行常规护理同时进行规范系统的健康教育。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)于入院当天及出院时分别对病人进行测评,同时观察术后并发症发生情况。[结果]两组病人出院时SAS评分均低于入院时,观察组病人出院时SAS低于对照组;观察组病人术后并发症发生率低于对照组。[结论]健康教育能降低食管癌病人的焦虑程度及减少术后并发症的发生。Objective. To investigate the influences of health education on anxiety and postoperative complications in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods. Ninety - six patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n = 48) received by routine care, and observation group(n =48) received by routine care and health education. The scores of Self- Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were evaluated on the day of admission and discharge. The occurrence of postoperative complications was observed. Resuits:When patients were discharged, the SAS scores in two groups were lower than the admission. The SAS scores in observation group was lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). The incidence of postoperative complication in observation group was lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Health education can reduce anxiety and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with esophageal cancer.
