摘  要:碳纳米管增韧陶瓷材料在力学性能上具有独特的作用,包括断裂韧性、强度、硬度、耐磨性等。碳纳米管以其优异的力学性能在增韧陶瓷基复合材料方面具有独特优势,但是碳纳米管的纠缠团聚状态严重影响了其应用,碳纳米管的分散一直是碳纳米管复合材料领域的难点。笔者介绍了碳纳米管增韧陶瓷材料的界面及相容性,并探讨了其增韧机理。最后,指出了碳纳米管增韧陶瓷材料的研究方向。Carbon nanotube toughened ceramic material has obvious effect on the mechanical properties, including fracture toughness, strength, hardness, wear resistance, etc.. Carbon nanotubes have unique advantages in toughening ceramic matrix composites with their excellent mechanical properties. However, the entanglement of carbon nanotubes has seriously affected its application. The dispersion of carbon nanotubes has been a difficult problem in the field of carbon nanotube composite materials. In this.paper, the interface and compatibility of the carbon nanotube toughened ceramic materials were introduced, and the mechanism of the toughening was discussed. In the end, the research direction of the carbon nanotube toughened ceramic materials is pointed out.
