摘　　要：为提高政府投资基本建设项目绩效评价的准确性,借鉴企业绩效评价体系,基于政府投资基本建设项目绩效评价指标体系,采用百分制法和非等距区间递进平均算法分别制定相应标准分值和标准区间,得出绩效评价标准系数,为我国政府投资基本建设项目绩效的改善提供参考。To improve the accuracy of performance evaluation practice in basic construction projects invested by government, the paper develops standard scores and standard range by using performance evaluation system of the enterprise for reference with the percentile method and progressive non-equidistant intervals averaging algorithms based on performance evaluation indicator system of basic construction projects invested by government, and gets the performance evaluation indicator standard factors, provides the reference for performance improvement in basic construction projects invested by government.
