[Objective]To explore the correlation and the changes between plasma micro RNA155 and TNF-α of coronary artery disease patients. [Methods]Seventy-five cases of patients with coronary artery disease who were diagnosed from December 2013 to June 2014, were selected and divided into acute coronary syndrome(ACS, n =39) and chronic ischemic syndrome (CIS, n =36) and at the same time 34 cases of healthy people who underwent health exam were chosen as the control group. Comparison and analysis of the basic data, the changes in plasma TNF-α level and microRNA155, and the correlation between plasma miRNA155 and TNF-α in ACS group and CIS group were performed.[Results] The levels of TNF-α in the ACS Group were significantly higher than that in the CIS group and the control group. The levels of TNF-α in the CIS group were notably higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference(both P 〈 0.05). Plasma miR- NA155 was positively correlated with TNF-α ( r =0.784 R, P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The levels of plasma miRNA155 and TNF-α are significantly increased in CHD patients, and the levels of plasma miRNA155 and TNF-α are positively correlated with.
