摘 要:【目的】探讨FoxO3a基因rs4946936单核苷酸多态性与辽宁地区2型糖尿病(T2DM)相关性。【方法】收集374例T2DM患者(T2DM组)及283例非糖尿病健康人群(对照组),检测两组FoxO3a基因rs4946936单核苷酸多态性,比较两组等位基因与基因型分布频率。【结果】T2DM组中C等位基因、CC基因型频率分别为76.74%、58.82%,与对照组的C等位基因频率77.21%、CC基因型58.66%比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。【结论】FoxO3a基因rs4946936单核苷酸多态性与T2DM无相关性。[Objective]To study the association of alleles and genotype frequencies of rs4946936 single nucleotide polymorphisms in FoxO3a and their relationship with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus in Liaoning Han population. [Methods]Application of case-control study was used to determine the distribution of alleles and genotype frequencies of rs4946936 single nucleotide polymorphisms in FoxO3a in 374 type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus subjects and 283 non-diabetes control subjects. [Results]The C allele frequencies in the case and control groups were 76.74% and 77.21 %, respectively, The CC genotype frequencies in the case and control groups were 58.82 % and 58.66%, respectively; there was no statistically significant difference between type 2 diabetes patients and non-diabetic subjects. [Conclusion]The alleles and genotype frequencies of rs4946936 single nucleotide polymorphisms in FoxO3a is not associated with type II diabetes mellitus.
