摘　　要：目的提高损伤控制性手术的护理配合效率。方法将84例需行损伤控制性手术的患者按时间段分为对照组38例、观察组46例。对照组行常规损伤控制性手术护理配合,观察组由组建的应急小组,按照制定的应急预案和应急工作流程行护理配合。结果两组术前物品准备时间、取血时间、手术时间、巡回护士外出手术间次数、患者术中低体温的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论针对损伤控制性手术组建应急小组的护理实践,在一定程度上提高了手术效率。Objective To improve the efficiency of nursing cooperation in damage control surgery（DCS）.Methods Totally 84 patients to receive DCSs were divided into a control group of 38 and an observation group of 46.The control group was provided with routine DCS nursing,while the observation group was given nursing by an emergency team according to pre-set contingency plans and emergency work process.Results Significant differences were observed between the two groups in preoperative preparation time,round trip time to the blood transfusion department,the average time of operation,the number of times circulation nurses going out of the operating room and the incidence rate of hypothermia among patients（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion The practice of the emergency team targeted to DCS can improve operation efficiency to a certain extent.
