凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗孕妇功能性腹胀的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片(商品名:爽舒宝)治疗孕妇功能性腹胀的临床疗效。方法选取193例功能性腹胀的孕妇,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组指导注意饮食、加强运动等进行调理,治疗组在上述调理的基础上口服凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片,首次服用6片,以后3片/次,3次/d,疗程为4周。观察孕妇胀气、排气、排便的变化情况以及观察药物不良反应。结果治疗4周后,孕妇胀气、排气、排便情况均得到明显改善,显著优于对照组(t分别为-1.991、-2.548、-1.951,P<0.05)。治疗过程中未发现药物不良反应。结论凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗孕妇功能性腹胀取得了较好的疗效,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the efficacy of Bacillus coagulans Tablets（trade name：Shuang Shu Bao）on functional abdominal distension in pregnant women.Methods 193 subjects with functional abdominal distension were randomly divided into treatment group or control group.Both groups were given guidance on diet,exercise,and so on.The treatment group was additionally given Bacillus coagulans Tablets for 4weeks at the dosage of 3pieces t.i.d.with the first dose doubled.The changes in the symptoms of bloating,passing gas and defecation before and after treatment,as well as adverse drug reactions during the treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the symptoms of bloating,passing gas and defecation in the treatment group were obviously relieved compared with the control group.No adverse drug reactions were found in the process of treatment.Conclusion Bacillus coagulans Tablets has favorable curative effect on functional abdominal distension in pregnant women with high safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
