摘  要:目的探讨全程预约服务在层流病房的应用效果。方法将160例异基因造血干细胞移植患者按时间段分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组实施常规人文关怀护理,观察组实施融入全程预约服务的人文关怀护理。于出室前评价两组对责任护士的满意度及住院满意度。结果观察组对责任护士工作满意度及住院满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论全程预约服务的运用,可进一步深化病房人文关怀护理工作,提高患者对责任护士的满意度及住院满意度,构建和谐护患关系。Objective To explore the effect of whole course reservation service in laminar flow ward.Methods Totally 160 patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were randomized into a control group and an observation group according to chronological order,each of 80.The control group was given routine humanistic care,while the observation group received humanistic care with whole course reservation service.Satisfactions to primary nurses and hospitalization were assessed and compared for the two groups before they get out of laminar flow ward.Results Satisfactions to primary nurses and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01 for both).Conclusion Application of the whole course reservation service could deepen humanistic care further,and improve pantients′satisfaction to primary nurses,then build harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
