2型糖尿病患者乐观心理的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查并分析2型糖尿病患者乐观心理现状及影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法抽取2型糖尿病患者245例,通过一般情况调查表、乐观问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果糖尿病患者乐观心理平均得分130.74±19.23,得分率69.17%;不同文化程度、人均月收入、家庭成员关系的患者其乐观心理得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);文化程度、人均月收入可解释糖尿病患者乐观心理变化的25.5%。结论 2型糖尿病患者乐观心理处于中等水平,文化程度高、人均月收入高的患者表现出更好的乐观心理。Objective To investigate optimism and to analyze its influencing factors in patients with type 2diabetes.Methods Totally245 type 2diabetic patients were selected by convenience sampling method,and they were investigated using general information questionnaire and optimism questionnaire.Results The average score of optimism for the patients was 130.74±19.23,and scoring average was 69.17%;the scores of optimism for patients with different education level,personal monthly income and family relationship were significantly different（all P〈0.01）.Education level and personal monthly income explained 25.5% variance of patients′optimism.Conclusion The optimism of type 2diabetic patients is at a medium level,and the patients with higher education level and personal monthly income are prone to experience better optimism.
