摘　　要：在大数据时代的语境下,大数据引导的技术革命正在推动国家和社会治理现代化的转型,而当大数据与高等教育治理耦合,则呈现出一条大数据思维和技术嵌入高等教育治理体系的技术路径,并逐步聚焦于数据源流高等教育治理体系的建构。这种建构的核心使命在于凭借大数据的力量以整体主义破解传统高等教育行政化、单中心治理的制度性缺陷,实现从单中心行政主导向多元化分权治理转型,建构基于数据分布的高等教育政府、市场、社会多元共治的权力结构,从而实现数据源流高等教育的智慧治理。The modernization of Governance is the core issue of the current higher education development. In the context of the big data era, the technological revolution led by the big data is promoting the modernization transformation of country and society, and coupling of big data and higher education governance presents a technical path for inserting the big data thinking and technology into the system of higher education governance. Data source in higher education governance system should depend on the power of data to realize the transformation from mono-centric administrative dominance to diversified decentralization of authority, with the holism of data source higher education governance to overcome the institutional defect of administrative and mono-centric orientation governance, constructing the power structure of diversified cooperative management of government, market and society, and realizing the wise management system of data source in higher education.
