摘　　要：薯蓣皂苷元是目前合成各种甾体激素类药物的重要原料,具有抗肿瘤、改善心血管功能、调节免疫、抗血小板聚集、降血脂等多种药理作用。从抑制脂类吸收、影响胆汁酸的肝肠循环、抑制脂类合成、抗氧化、提高HDL、降低VLDL及LDL方面综述近年来国内外对薯蓣皂苷元降血脂作用及其机制的研究。Diosgenin is the important raw material for synthesis of steroid hormone drugs.It shows pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor,regulating blood lipid,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-inflammatory,regulating immunity effect.The paper is discussing the progress of regulating blood lipid effect and its mechanism of diosgenin in recent years at home and abroad from the inhibition of lipid absorption,affect the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids,inhibition of lipid synthesis,anti-oxidation,raise HDL,reduce VLDL and LDL.
