摘　　要：目的:研究不同工艺制备的茜草提取物对小鼠止血作用的影响。方法:采用剪尾法测定正常小鼠的出血时间,采用毛细管法测定正常小鼠的凝血时间。结果:两种茜草提取物(高、低剂量组)均能缩短小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间(P<0.01),与粗提物(低剂量组)相比,茜草精制物的作用具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:茜草粗提物和精制物均具有止血作用,且精制物效果更为明显,为其临床应用的样品制备工艺条件提供了实验依据。Objective： To study hemostatic properties of two different extracts from Rubia cordifolia L.on normal mice.Methods： The shear-tailed method and the capillary method were used to observe the effects on bleeding time（ BT） and clotting time（ CT）,respectively.Results： The crude extracts and refined extracts（ high,low dosage groups） shortened the bleeding time（ BT） and clotting time（ CT）（ P〈0.05） when compared with the blank group.The hemostatic effect of the refined high group had obvious difference from that of the crude low group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Both of the crude extracts and refined extracts from Rubia cordifolia L.have hemostatic functions on the normal mice and the refined extracts have more obvious effects,which may provide the experimental basis on the preparation process in the clinical applications.
